These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lead360 platform and services. By accessing or using Lead360, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use Lead360.
1. Account Registration
a. To use Lead360, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Use of Services
a. Lead360 provides tools and services to help you manage and synchronize your commerce activities across various channels, including social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
b. You agree to use Lead360 only for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
c. You are solely responsible for the content, data, and marketing materials you create, publish, or share using the Lead360 platform.
3. Intellectual Property
a. All content, features, and materials provided by Lead360—including but not limited to software, designs, text, logos, trademarks, and documentation—are the exclusive property of Lead360 or its licensors.
b. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of Lead360 without prior written consent from Lead360.
4. Data Privacy & Integrations
a. Lead360 respects your privacy and protects your personal information. Our data collection, usage, and security practices—including our compliance with third-party developer policies such as Google API Services—are strictly governed by our standalone Privacy Policy.
b. By using Lead360, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, use, and disclosure of your data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
a. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lead360 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
b. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party data, metrics, or information synchronized through or provided by Lead360.
6. Termination
a. Lead360 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, without prior notice.
b. Upon termination, your rights to access or use the Lead360 platform will cease immediately.
7. Changes to Terms
a. Lead360 may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
b. Your continued use of Lead360 after any changes to these Terms constitutes explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.
